MY LIFE OS PRIVATE

A private personal workspace

App information and privacy notice

Purpose

My Life OS is a private, single-owner personal planning and record-management app. It supports local offline records, selected Google Tasks and Calendar synchronization, structured Sheets recovery and encrypted Drive/Dropbox backups. This page contains public product information only. It does not provide access to the private workspace or records.

Privacy notice

Records are encrypted in the device vault. Cloud records and provider authorization tokens are encrypted in the app’s separate Cloudflare database. Private workspace access is restricted through Cloudflare Access. The device vault passphrase and the private automatic-backup recovery key remain on the device; an encrypted recovery-key file may be downloaded by the owner.

Google authorization requests Tasks access, access to app-created calendars, and access to Drive files created or selected through this app. Google’s Tasks permission covers all task lists, but this implementation operates on the dedicated My Life OS list. The owner selects local Tasks and Calendar records for synchronization. Changes in the dedicated Google containers can return to the app. Conflicting changes require review. Other private notes and financial records are not sent through Tasks/Calendar synchronization.

Sheets recovery exports a readable structured working copy of records to an app-owned Google spreadsheet. This copy is not encrypted. The owner should keep it private. Sheets import compares records before applying selected changes.

Drive and Dropbox backups contain encrypted versioned snapshots. Automatic backups cover records already synchronized to the cloud, including embedded attachments. Unsynchronized device edits and external referenced files are outside that coverage. A separately saved encrypted recovery-key file and its original passphrase are needed for recovery.

Cloudflare, Google and Dropbox process the data required to provide these features under their own service policies. The app does not use advertising, sell personal data or intentionally share Google data with advertisers. It uses local storage for device settings and encrypted local records.

The owner can disable synchronization or automatic backups in the app and revoke provider access from the Google Account or Dropbox account settings. Disabling a connection does not automatically delete existing provider files, calendar items, task items or backups. The owner manages those copies in the corresponding provider. This private deployment is for its owner’s use; general public signup and support are not offered.

Recovery previews do not automatically overwrite records or treat missing rows as deletion. Encryption cannot recover a forgotten device passphrase or a lost private recovery key. Keep independent recovery copies.

No private records, credentials or owner contact details are published on this information page.
